Dr Rick Fehr
Rick Fehr is a Canadian independent researcher who is a member of the Planning With Indigenous Peoples Research Group at Queen’s University to merge conventional land planning with Indigenous needs. He has written extensively about the Baldoon poltergeist incidents in Wallaceburg, Ontario, and its relation to Indigenous culture and land rights.
