Hugh Matlock is a software architect and independent researcher. He has experience designing and developing distributed systems, file systems, database systems, web browsers and a variety of applications and web sites. After over thirty years as a professional software developer, consultant and entrepreneur, in recent years he has been engaged in independent research. He has an M.S. in Mathematics and has completed course work toward a PhD in Computational Science from Middle Tennessee State University.
