Wellington Zangari is a professor of social psychology at the University of São Paulo who has an interest in the psychology of anomalistic/religious experiences, including mediumship, as well as altered states of consciousness, hypnosis and the philosophy of mind. Together with his partner Fatima Machado, he co-ordinates two experimental labs at the University, and has seeded a new generation of researchers of anomalous experiences.
