Michael Duggan took his doctorate in chemistry at Nottingham Trent University in his native England, and has worked mostly as a training and development specialist, an academic proofreader, a tutor (mostly chemistry) and a food technologist. His interest in parapsychology has made him one of the Psi Encyclopedia’s most prolific writers.
